You can request deletion of your Vee Vee Fitness account and associated app data without signing in to this website.
Request deletion in the app
If your installed app shows Settings → Account & Security → Delete Account, sign in, open that screen, review the warning, reauthenticate if asked, type DELETE, and confirm. The app should report whether the request succeeded. An error or interrupted request is not confirmation of deletion.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the in-app option, email vvfitnessllc@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and say that you want the account deleted. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you. Do not send your password. Support will confirm the next steps and expected completion date after verification.
What is deleted
A completed deletion removes the Vee Vee Fitness sign-in account and associated app records covered by the deletion service, including profile, nutrition, workout, progress, coaching, preferences, and private uploaded media. If storage cleanup needs follow-up, support must finish that work; a success message does not mean every backup copy has already expired.
What may be retained
Limited transaction, security, audit, legal, and backup records may be retained when reasonably necessary or required. Retention depends on the applicable legal obligation and backup schedule; we do not promise that these records disappear immediately. Contact support to ask about a specific record.
When the request is processed
The in-app deletion service processes a confirmed request immediately and returns a success or error response. Email requests begin after identity verification; support will provide an expected completion date for that request. Backup and legally required records may remain for the applicable retention period.
Subscriptions
Deleting an account does not cancel a store subscription. If you have an Apple App Store subscription, manage or cancel it separately in your Apple ID subscription settings.
